A New Academic Year – Many Changes
Graduation ceremony 2017 and our new location
News vom 29.11.2017
Long time no see, half of the winter semester is already over and a lot has changed at European Studies Berlin.
Firstly, the biggest change of all is that we moved from Dahlem to the FU Geocampus in Lankwitz. If you want to take a look at our new location, you can do so here. We can now be found at Malteserstraße 74-100, 12249 Berlin. Not only is our office now located in Lankwitz, a good number of classes also take place here. Therefore, the fellows got their very own seminar room and a separate working room to enjoy a cup coffee in during their breaks.
Speaking of our fellows, we welcomed a great new group of enthusiastic students in September. Everyone got to know each other at the orientation event in Lankwitz. By now, they are in the middle of courses and getting to know Europe even better day by day.
Meanwhile, we had to say goodbye to our old fellow group from 2016/17. On October 18th, a proud group of former students received their diplomas during their graduation ceremony at Henry-Ford-Bau in Dahlem. Some great snapshots can be found here. It was a great evening with inspiring speeches and great networking possibilities. Special guest Minister of State for Europe Michael Roth celebrated with us. The fellows are now ready to make difference in the European community. We wish them all the best!
